It takes countless hours to plan a wedding. Statistics range from 175 – 300+ hours!  Today’s bride and groom often have very little disposable time for such an overwhelming task. It is no wonder hiring a wedding planner is no longer a luxury, but a necessity. Our mission at Knots ‘N Such is to be your trusted adviser and partner (not the boss). We will do the legwork, research, and planning that will enable you to make informed and efficient decisions. Full or partial service planning is certainly the most desirable option for ensuring your wedding day flows as smoothly as a well-produced movie.

Poppy Belle Design offers only custom designed packages. Why? Because your needs are as unique as you are! With
that in mind, please call us to schedule a complimentary meeting or phone call so together we can design the package
that will best meet your needs. Below are samples of some of the services we provide.  This list is not meant to be
all-inclusive, so feel free to inquire about services unique to you and your wedding day.

Partial Planning – $1850+

Full Planning – $6000+

  • Prepare and manage a budget
  • Prepare timelines and checklists

  • Prepare vows and speeches
  • Prepare floor plans and seating diagrams
  • Plan the rehearsal dinner

Vendor Recommendations:

  • Caterers / Cake or Dessert Artisans
  • Stationery designers / Calligraphers
  • Photographers / Videographers
  • Musicians / DJs

Month/Day of Coordination – $1700+

Some brides love the adventure of planning their own wedding.  And as much as we love this process, we completely
understand and support this decision! We highly recommend having a coordinator on your wedding day to ensure the
success of all your careful planning.  You are hosting an extravagant dinner party and should allow yourself and
your friends and family the opportunity to fully enjoy it!  The below services are the minimum services we offer to
ensure this happens:

  • Access to a general monthly planning checklist
  • Access to recommended vendors
  • Review of vendor contracts prior to signing
  • Up to 2 hours in person consultation 30 days prior to the wedding
  • 3 weekly conference calls leading up to the wedding day + unlimited email communication
  • Review of your overall plan to check for any details that may have been forgotten
  • Review of your overall design plan to ensure your vision is attained
  • Review of vendor contracts to ensure the entire team is on the same page
  • Create a master timeline
  • Confirm all plans with every vendor week prior to wedding
  • Coordinate the rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
  • Oversee setup of venue on day of wedding
  • Setup of small miscellaneous personal items that don’t fall under other vendors’
    responsibilities, including guest book, escort cards, table numbers, gift table, cake table, and head table
  • Distribute flowers to wedding party and families
  • Provide emergency kit for day of wedding
  • Serve as the go-to person for the entire event
  • Coordinate all activities of the day, including processional, recessional, reception activities,
    exit, etc. (Includes two coordinators for the entire event.)
  • Distribute final payment and/or tips to vendors at the end of the event
  • Coordinate packing of personal items and gifts at the end of the event

Factors that may increase the price include number of venues, additional (excessive, early, or late) setup or breakdown requirements, and large
guest counts (200+)

Event Design

Many brides know individual elements they love, but many don’t know how to combine them into a stylish wedding!  It truly is an art to design every detail of an event into a cohesive and dazzling production!  This is where Poppy Belle Design excels! We know how to design from the perspective of all 5 senses, so your wedding will be one your guests will never forget!

Services include:

  • Suggest color palette, style, and/or theme
  • Recommend venues based on style
  • Assist in selection of stationery products
  • Design room layout/floor plan
  • Assist in selection of linens, china, glassware, etc.
  • We also rent linens of all types – tablecloths, napkins, chair covers, etc.
  • Assist in selection of attire and accessories
  • Assist in selection of menu and cake design
  • Assist in selection of miscellaneous decor items such as welcome bags, favors, guest book, etc.
  • Assist with selection of furniture, draping, and other decor

Floral Design

At Knots ‘N Such, we love using flowers as a design element for your big day and take great pleasure in helping you choose just the right blooms and arrangements. When you combine our floral services with Knots ‘N Such linens rental and event planning, we offer you a distinct advantage. During the planning & design process, we get to know your likes and dislikes intimately, so when it comes time to consider flowers, we already have a great idea of what you love and need.  We will know your hobbies, passions, and interests, so can add personal and quirky touches designed just for you.  We offer options for a wide range of styles and budgets (we recommend 10% of the total wedding budget be devoted to flowers).  We believe there is beauty in minimalism as well as extravagance.  We look forward to collaborating with you for this wonderful process!
